Steve Eddington • Just Another Day at the Zoo • music CD package

It has been a labor of love for Steve over the past year as he created his first solo album, Just Another Day at the Zoo. He drew from a colorful palette of inspiration, and his work with the band Heartsfield, to cook up an eclectic blend of compositions. Working with superb musicians and production team over long hours in the studio, Steve made sure every detail of the recording was just right-including the CD package. His dedication and musicianship paid off big time: Just Another Day at the Zoo is a richly-conceived and absorbing voyage through the moods, memories and challenges of a mature artist and his world. Oh yes, and it rocks, too.

The package includes a twelve-page insert containing song lyrics, musician credits, and other information. You can check out the music on the album and learn more about Steve here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Steve-Eddington/150867284958450

Al Jewer & Andy Mitran • Music of the Earth • music CD

I have had the honor and pleasure of working with Andy Mitran and Al Jewer on many and varied projects over the years. When Andy and Al asked me to design the package for their new music CD, Music of the Earth, I said “when can we start?”. The CD is a collection of original compositions by these two remarkable composers. The selections are intense, moody, and deep yet soothing and conducive to a meditative state of mind. The stunning cover photos were taken by Beth Kingsley-Hawkins.

Music of the Earth has been nominated by Zone Music Reports for 2013 Electronic Album of the Year.

Introducing the Jane Elizabeth Dream Company

When the Jane Elizabeth Dream Company was preparing to launch a new venture, they asked me to design a simple landing page to introduce the company and provide a contact point. I also designed the new corporate logo and identity. The enterprises’s specialty is the manufacture and distribution of lightweight bedding materials. Wishing you sweet dreams, JEDC!

Will Carroll’s website goes live!

Will Carroll ia a man who wears many hats: he is a voice-over talent, an on-camera actor, a gifted improv artist and comedian—and a Chicago Police officer. So when Will and I sat down together to design his voice-over website, we decided to show some of those hats, and the voices that go with them. Andy Mitran of Perfect Choice Music did a super job of recording and mixing the audio, and provided invaluable suggestions and creative input. Check out the site here: willcarrollvoices.com. I think you’ll have as good a time hearing Will’s sound clips as we had making the site!
